We have just released our new gym schedule, with group classes available from early morning right into the evening, to ensure there’s a class time to suit everyone. The group classes run for fifty minutes and will go ahead as long as there are at least two people joining in. The groups can accommodate up to six people in total.
We offer two types of gym group class. TRX Training and Circuit Training. Our Circuit Training class will cover a wide range of exercises to target every part of your body. It’s a great all-round way to exercise and you’ll soon build up your strength and muscle endurance. The TRX Training Class is based on total resistance exercises and has some wonderful benefits for your mobility, stability and core strength.
All our members get free access to all our classes, so why not come along and give it a go?
