IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Please be informed that you should book your group class space  in advance
• Please contact Theodoros at Tel.:97 812899 to arrange your space. Private lessons can also be provided with the instructor upon appointment.
• Appointments are essential for the use of the gym for both the in house guests and gym members.
• Please use antiseptic before entering the gym
• If you are using the indoor facilities please wear your mask and gloves
• Please use antiseptic spay ( we are providing this) to sanitize your locker, exercise mat and equipment ( before and after use)
• Please bring your own bottled water
• Please use face towel during your exercise
